Water Leak

There was a water leak over the weekend at our Head Office causing damage to some equipment.

4th August:

The leak has been addressed and power restored to our office. We are now open to members again. Keep in mind our reduced hours for members to attend the office are still in force (10am to 2pm).

The only service that is still unavailable is the LCU Direct - phone banking. 

3rd August:

Power has been shut off to our office and all staff have been sent home to work remotely. It will be business as usual with the following changes:

  • The LCU - Direct phone banking service is unavailable
  • Our North Ryde office will be closed

To assist us, please email any requests or questions through rather than calling.

Be assured that all other services will continue to run as normal. We will update you as we receive further information on the matter.
