Our Interest Only Investment Loan option offers you flexibility on your investment loans. This allows investors to maximise the benefits that may be obtained through negative gearing.
The interest rate is fixed for one or two years initially; it may then be transferred to the property investment variable rate, or renegotiated for a further 12/24 months at the prevailing Interest Only rate.
