As of this morning (14/02/2020) our phone services are back online. Many thanks to everyone for their patience during this outage. 

We are currently experiencing an outage with no access to phone lines. Phone Banking is unavailable due to this outage. If you need to contact our office please email info@lcu.com.au. We will advise as soon as our phone lines are up and running.

We are liasing with our providers but still have no firm ETA on the restoration of our phone services. We thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue.

Our provider has advised there is an issue with the NBN connection. NBN are investigating and will provide an update shortly.

NBN have advised the following: 

Hi Team,

NBN is aware of an incident impacting the FTTN network in Ryde, NSW.
Remote troubleshooting is underway. Alarms indicate a resource isolation, which frequently occur due to a loss of mains power followed by exhaustion of battery backup.
Further updates will be provided once more information is available.  

13/02/2020 9:00am Update NBN are currently waiting for power to be restored to the node. There is still no ETA on the restoration of services.
